Custom Boat Flooring

PoseidonDeck supports two routes for boat-flooring projects: ready-to-ship universal sheets for most DIY upgrades, and custom boat kits for projects that require a model-specific layout.

Start With Ready-to-Ship Sheets

For most projects, choose a 6 mm cut-to-fit EVA foam sheet, make a full-size template and trim each piece on the boat. Available product options may include 94.5 × 15.7 in, 94.5 × 23.6 in, 94.5 × 35.4 in and a maximum standard size of 94.5 × 46.2 in; selected products also offer 75 × 28 in. Always use the sizes currently shown on the product page.

Browse ready-to-ship best sellers, faux teak and stripe patterns, diamond patterns, camo options and solid-color sheets.

When a Custom Kit Makes Sense

Choose the custom boat-kit route when you need an exact deck layout, model-specific fitment or custom design work. Boat model and year alone may not confirm fit; deck configuration, hatches, tables and previous modifications can change the required layout.

Plan Before Ordering

  1. Measure each deck zone and create a full-size template for curves, hatches and cut-outs.
  2. Confirm the installation surface is smooth, clean, fully dry and properly prepared.
  3. Choose the exact color, pattern, sheet size, quantity and adhesive/backing option.
  4. Dry-fit every piece before removing the release liner.

Custom orders are non-refundable for non-quality reasons and cannot be cancelled after design, material preparation, cutting or other production work begins. Review the Refund Policy before approving a custom project.
