At PoseidonDeck, we work to dispatch every order as quickly as possible and clearly show the available delivery options at checkout.
We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, or other carriers depending on the destination and selected service. Taxes and duties, if applicable, are calculated or collected according to destination and checkout settings. Some destinations may require additional shipping charges or may not be available.

SHIPPING FROM
Orders are fulfilled from the available warehouse best suited to the destination and selected delivery service.
SHIPPING TIME
In-stock orders typically dispatch within 1-3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Delivery time begins after dispatch and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Store support hours follow Pacific Time.
SHIPPING CHANGES
Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible after payment is confirmed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
International Shipping Notice
Please note that our international logistics process includes two parts: the first leg (overseas transportation) and the final delivery (domestic courier). During the first leg, tracking updates may not appear until the vessel arrives at the destination port.
Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, port congestion, or severe weather. We will closely monitor shipments and provide updates as soon as new tracking information becomes available.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order before it ships, please contact us immediately. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are no longer possible.
