Pre Sale Questions
We focus on the customized design of marine flooring, mainly serving yachts, fishing boats, commercial ships and other scenarios. Through modular EVA foam materials, we provide a one-stop deck solution with anti-slip, lightweight, and customized styles and patterns. All designs meet the IMO (International Maritime Organization) anti-slip standards (wet μ ≥ 0.6)
1/Standard process: 3-5 weeks from demand confirmation to delivery (including design, proofing, and production);
2/Expedited service: 10% expedited fee can be shortened to 2 weeks (only for small batch orders of less than 2 pieces);
3/Time details: design communication (3-5 days) → 3D rendering confirmation (2 days) → material cutting (5-7 days) → logistics (3-10 days worldwide).
No. We use self-developed professional engraving technology to ensure that the artistic pattern is compatible with the anti-slip function:
The depth of the pattern is precisely controlled at 0.5-1.2mm (the optimal anti-slip range);
The edges of the pattern are rounded to avoid hooking fishing gear or soles;
Free anti-slip test report is provided (such as order PDK-2025-0410, the actual measurement μ0.63 can be checked).
Daily cleaning: rinse with water or wipe with a neutral detergent (such as Simple Green);
Stubborn stains: use a soft brush + diluted white vinegar (ratio 1:10) to lightly brush;
Prohibited behaviors: use a high-pressure water gun to directly spray the joints, strong acid and alkali detergents, and scrape with a blade.
Yes. The following information is required:
Photos of existing deck dimensions (including joint details);
Material type (such as wood, metal, fiberglass);
Budget range for renovation (we provide a quote for adaptation solutions).
Product price: only includes materials and basic cutting (e.g. starting from $80/m²);
Installation service: requires a separate quotation (supports global cooperative installer recommendations);
Provide DIY installation guide (including tool list and video tutorial).
Standard order: minimum order of 1 sheet (suitable for yachts and small fishing boats);
