PoseidonDeck offers a considerate return and refund service for boat flooring purchased from our official website. Please read the following policy carefully before starting a return.
Non-Quality Issues
Returns for non-quality reasons are accepted only when the boat flooring meets all of the following conditions:
- The product is brand new, unused, and uninstalled.
- The product has not been cut, trimmed, modified, washed, glued, or damaged.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- The return request is made within the eligible return period.
Within 14 Days of Delivery
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
- Refund: Full refund of the product price after inspection.
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
- Return shipping fee: $120 per boat flooring item/order, or the actual return shipping cost if higher.
15 to 30 Days of Delivery
Customers may request a return between 15 and 30 days after receiving the product.
- Refund: Product price refund after inspection.
- Return shipping: Paid by the customer.
- Restocking fee: 20% of the order amount.
- Return shipping fee: $120 per boat flooring item/order, or the actual return shipping cost if higher.
After 30 Days of Delivery
Returns for non-quality issues are not accepted after 30 days of delivery.
Custom or Made-to-Order Products
Custom-cut, personalized, made-to-measure, or special-order boat flooring cannot be returned or refunded for non-quality reasons.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after production or delivery.
- Color preference differences.
- Products that have been cut, installed, trimmed, glued, or modified.
If a custom product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.
Quality Issues
If your boat flooring arrives defective, damaged, missing parts, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos or videos of the issue.
- Photos of the packaging and shipping label.
- A brief description of the problem.
Within 14 Days of Delivery
If the issue is confirmed to be a product quality problem, shipping damage, or our fulfillment error, PoseidonDeck may offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement.
- Partial refund.
- Full refund.
- Free replacement parts, if applicable.
For confirmed quality issues, PoseidonDeck will cover the return shipping cost when a return is required.
15 to 30 Days of Delivery
For quality-related claims made between 15 and 30 days after delivery, PoseidonDeck will review the case based on the product condition, installation status, and evidence provided.
Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a partial refund, product replacement, or a return and refund. Return shipping fees may apply depending on the specific case.
After 30 Days of Delivery
After 30 days, return requests are generally not accepted. Eligible quality issues may be handled under the applicable warranty service.
Important Notes
Please inspect your boat flooring carefully before installation, cutting, trimming, or applying adhesive.
Once the product has been installed, cut, trimmed, modified, glued, or damaged during installation, it may no longer be eligible for return unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.
The following are generally not considered quality issues:
- Slight color differences caused by lighting, screen display, or production batches.
- Minor size differences within normal manufacturing tolerance.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper cleaning, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
- Damage caused by cutting, trimming, adhesive misuse, or installation on an unsuitable surface.
- Normal wear and tear after use.
PoseidonDeck reserves the right to inspect all returned products. If the product is found to have no quality issue, or if the damage is caused by misuse, installation error, or intentional damage, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us first at support@poseidondeck.com.
Please do not send products back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address. In some cases, we may provide a return shipping label.
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after the returned package is received and inspected.
PoseidonDeck is not responsible for packages returned by customers without authorization, returned to the wrong address, lost in transit, or shipped using an untraceable shipping method.
Scope of Application
This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from the PoseidonDeck official website: poseidondeck.com.
Products purchased through Amazon, dealers, offline retailers, marketplaces, or other third-party channels are subject to the return and warranty policies of the original place of purchase.
